Return, Lost, and Shipping Policy

This policy outlines our approach to returns, quality guarantees, lost orders, and shipping to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Our quality assurance team will investigate the issue.

If your claim is validated, we will:

  • Send a complimentary replacement order promptly.
  • Provide a refund if a replacement is not feasible or if you cannot wait for a new order to arrive.

Note: Minor color variations caused by factors such as print machine settings, paper types, or environmental conditions are within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you or your end customer receives a defective or damaged product not caused by content provided by you, we will cover the costs of a replacement order. Covered issues include:

  • Damage to the delivered products.
  • Errors in the number or quantity of products.
  • Lack of quality in the delivered product.

Return Policy

As all products are personalized and made-to-order, we currently do not support returns or provide a return address. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order on your behalf at no additional cost.

Returned to Sender

Orders returned to the sender may require a new order to be placed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will refund the product price for the new order, and you will only pay the shipping cost.

Returned orders may occur due to:

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be safely disposed of. A new order must be placed with the correct address. You will be liable for the costs of the new order. Thus, it is important to insert correct address information.
  • Rejected by Recipient: Rejected shipments will be disposed of, and a new order must be placed. You will be liable for the costs of the new order.
  • Unclaimed Orders: If the recipient fails to collect the order, it may be returned.  The shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs). A new order must be placed, and shipping costs will apply.
